The Difference Between Tennis Elbow & Golfer's Elbow

 

Medial Epicondyle (Golfer's Elbow) affects the inner forearm, while Lateral Epicondyle (Tennis Elbow) affects the outer forearm.

This pain is from repeated bending and twisting of the wrist, which can become quite painful.

Instruction for Use

How to Wear the Elbow Straps:

 

• Open the brace. Slide the brace onto the arm until the tendon compression pad is approximately 1" (2 cm) below the most painful area of the elbow but not directly on it
• Position the Elbow Brace with its tendon compression pad facing outwards (if it's Tennis Elbow) or facing inwards (if it's Golfer's Elbow)
• Secure it with the Velcro tab but do not overly tighten
• Readjust if needed
